Entering grade 9-12

We pull out all the stops for these camps with a blend of over-the-top programming, special worship sessions, and upgraded activities. We create a relaxed atmosphere where high schoolers are free to explore the issues facing them with their counselors and fellow campers.

Registration

Tadmor is most well known for our summer program, and we have been able to serve thousands through this ministry between the months of June and August every year since 1971. Our goal and priority has always been to serve the church, and the decisions we make about summer registration are very much a part of that. We are grateful for every camper who has set foot on this property over the years, and it makes us very excited to see campers have an experience that impacts their relationship with Christ, and we are grateful for those that come with churches and have their youth leaders who can come alongside them as they continue back to their communities after their week of camp.

Information and Packing Checklist

Check In and Check Out Times

If your camper is coming to Tadmor with your church, check with your church leader for drop off and pick up times at the church. If your church is NOT providing transportation, check-in is from 4:00 - 5:30PM on the first day of camp.

Upon arrival, our staff will greet you and deliver your camper's luggage to the cabin area. They will direct you to the Registration Tent to get your camper's cabin assignment and drop off all medications with the health services staff. You and your camper may then tour the grounds, stop by our Cedar Creek Coffee Shop, and meet your camper's counselor. Parents are invited to a Parents' Meeting at 5:30PM in the Lodge followed by a complimentary BBQ at the lake.

Pick up your camper at The Forum at 10:00AM on the last day of camp.

Camper Cash TadMerchant Accounts

Spending money for junior, middle school, and high school can now be deposited directly into your child's account online. Click on the Registration Overview link located in your child's confirmation email and go to the TadMerchant Account section to deposit money via credit card. Whatever is leftover in your camper's account can be picked up on departure day at Cedar Creek in cash.

Mail and Packages

You may also leave any mail or packages with our Registrar to be delivered to your camper on specific days. Be sure to write down your camper's name, cabin name, and which day you would like it to be delivered. This is a great way to save time and money, and to ensure your camper will receive their mail while still at camp!

Mail and UPS should be addressed to:

Camper Name/Camp session
Cabin name (assignments at check-in)
Camp Tadmor
43943 McDowell Creek Dr.
Lebanon, OR 97355

Please do not send correspondence to campers via email.

Visitors

The security of our campers is of utmost importance. Therefore, we discourage visitation during the camp week.

Cabin Photo & Camp Video

A photo with your child and their cabin mates, along with a video of your child's camp session, will be available for preorder upon checking in at camp. If you ordered when you registered, you do not need to do anything further at check-in. Be sure to pick up your photo on the last day of camp.

  • Cabin Photo: $7
  • Video (downloadable): $15
  • Photo/Video Combo Package: $20

Health and Safety of Campers

We highly prioritize the health and wellbeing of each camper. Our qualified health services staff will care for any illness or injury sustained while at camp. A quality 24-hour medical facility is located in nearby Lebanon, should their services be needed. Our health services staff collect and distribute all medicines to campers.

Remember...all prescription medications MUST be in original containers with camper's name, name of medication, and directions clearly marked on the pharmacy label. Any over-the-counter medications MUST be in the original packaging and accompanied by parental instructions. Medications not complying with this policy will NOT be administered.

Lost and Found Policy

Please label all belongings and keep track of all items sent to camp. Camp Tadmor is not responsible for lost items. It is your responsibility to call and make arrangements to look for and pick up lost items. All lost and found items will be kept for two weeks after each camp session. Any items left longer than two weeks will be taken to a local charity.
