Registration

Tadmor is most well known known for our summer program, and we have been able to serve thousands through this ministry between the months of June and August every year since 1971. Our goal and priority has always been to serve the church, and the decisions we make about summer registration are very much a part of that. We are grateful for every camper who has set foot on this property over the years, and it makes us very excited to see campers have an experience that impacts their relationship with Christ, and we are grateful for those that come with churches and have their youth leaders who can come alongside them as they continue back to their communities after their week of camp.

Our registration reflects that in the way that our housing is broken down. This year the majority of our available beds have been set aside for church groups, and individual spots will be limited because of that. We value every camper who comes into the care of our ministry but above all, we exist to serve the church and those within it. We believe in the power of camp and do hope that your child has the opportunity to attend a camp this summer here or elsewhere and that they might experience Christ in a new way because of it.

And if your child is 16 or older, they may be interested in spending 8 weeks at Tadmor on our Summer Ministry Team. You can go to the 'Summer Ministry Team' tab above for more information.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

There is a non-refundable $50 deposit per camper due upon registration in order to reserve a spot.

If a camper must cancel their reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. Exceptions to this include a death in the family, sickness, or a serious injury such as a broken bone. If a camper cannot attend camp due to sickness or injury, we will refund the full amount paid when provided with a scanned copy of a doctor's note. A 7-day notice from the start of the camp session is required to receive a refund. If a camper goes home during the week due to sickness or other circumstances, we do not have a partial-refund policy as we cannot resell the bed and have already purchased food for that week.

If a church group must cancel any or all of their reservation, notification must be given to Camp Tadmor no later than 30 days before the reserved camp session begins in order to receive a refund of the balance, minus the non-refundable deposit. If cancellation is made after the 30 days, the church is responsible for the entire camp fee for all participants. Camp Tadmor is unable to issue refunds for cancellations or changes made after the 30-day mark.

Check-In Time

If your church is providing transportation for your camper, please check with your leader to find out drop-off and pick-up times at the church. If your church is NOT providing transportation, check-in is from 4:00 – 5:30 pm on the first day of camp.

Upon arrival to camp, our staff will greet you and deliver your camper's luggage to the cabin area. They will direct you to go to the check-in area to pick up your camper's cabin assignment and drop off any medications with the health services staff. You and your camper may then tour the grounds, stop by our Cedar Creek Coffee Shop, and meet your camper's counselor. Parents are invited to a parent's meeting at 5:30 pm in the Lodge (5:45 pm at Meadow Ridge for Circle T), followed by a complimentary BBQ.

Check-Out Day and Time

Please park at the field across from the registration tent and walk up to Meadow Ridge for the closing meeting at 9:30 am. Camper luggage will be available at the parking area for pick up after the meeting. Camper medication will be available for pick up at the registration tent.

Mail and UPS should be addressed to:

Camper Name/Camp session

Visitors

The security of our campers is of utmost importance. Therefore, we discourage visitation during the camp week.

Cabin Photo & Camp Video

A photo with your child and their cabin mates, along with a video of your child's camp session, will be available for preorder upon checking in at camp. If you ordered when you registered, you do not need to do anything further at check-in. Be sure to pick up your items on the last day of camp.

  • Cabin Photo: $7
  • DVD: $15
  • Photo/DVD Combo Package: $20

Health and Safety of Campers

We highly prioritize the health and wellbeing of each camper. Our qualified health services staff will care for any illness or injury sustained while at camp. A quality 24-hour medical facility is located in nearby Lebanon, should their services be needed. Our health services staff collect and distribute all medicines to campers.

Remember...all prescription medications MUST be in original containers with camper's name, name of medication, and directions clearly marked on the pharmacy label. Any over-the-counter medications MUST be in the original packaging and accompanied by parental instructions. Medications not complying with this policy will NOT be administered.

Lost and Found Policy

Please label all belongings and keep track of all items sent to camp. Camp Tadmor is not responsible for lost items. It is your responsibility to call and make arrangements to look for and pick up lost items. All lost and found items will be kept for two weeks after each camp session. Any items left longer than two weeks will be taken to a local charity.
