This 4-day western camp is programmed to create an environment of fun, resulting in growing relationships with Christ and others. Activities include lake time, giant swing, night games, and even a hay ride.
Check-in for both camp sessions is from 4:00 - 5:30 pm on the first day of camp.
Upon arrival, you will be directed to the registration tent to get your yurt assignment and to drop off any medications you've brought with our medical staff. From there, you and your campers will take a hay ride to Meadow Ridge where you can find their yurt and meet their counselor. Parents are invited to a parent's meeting at 5:45 pm at the main fire pit followed by a complimentary BBQ.
For Campers in Reserved Cabins: If your church is providing transportation, please check with your leader to find out what time you will need to arrive at the church to drop off your child and to pick up your child at the end of the week. If your church is NOT providing transportation, check-in is from 4:00 - 5:30 pm on the first day of camp. On the last day of camp, please park at the field across from the registration tent and walk up to Meadow Ridge for the closing meeting at 9:30 am. Camper luggage will be available at the parking area for pick up after the meeting. Camper medication will be available for pick up at the registration tent.

Due to the fact that these are shorter sessions, you are welcome to send any mail the previous week to make sure it arrives while they're here. Please do not send correspondence to campers via fax or email.
The security of our campers is of utmost importance. Therefore, we discourage visitation during the camp week.
A photo with your child and their yurt mates, along with a DVD of your child's camp session will be available for purchase. If you are interested in purchasing one or both of these items, please order at check-in on the first day of camp. Be sure to pick them up the last day of camp.
If you ordered when you registered, you do not need to do anything further at check-in, just be sure to pick them up the last day of camp.
The health and safety of each camper is our top priority. Our qualified medical personnel will care for any illness or injury sustained while at camp. A quality 24-hour medical facility is located in nearby Lebanon should their services be needed. Our medical personnel collect and distribute all medicines to campers. Remember...all prescription medications MUST be in original container with camper's name, name of medication, and directions clearly marked on the pharmacy label. All over-the-counter medications MUST be in the original container and accompanied by parental instructions. Medication not complying with this policy will NOT be given.
Please label all belongings. Camp Tadmor is not responsible for lost items. Please keep track of all items sent to camp. It is your responsibility to call and make arrangements to look for and pick up lost items. All lost and found items will be kept for two weeks after each camp session. Any lost and found items left longer than two weeks will be taken to a local charity.
Older mapping software will direct you to take Jones Rd. by Foster Reservoir. This road is a private logging road that does not go through to camp. A map with accurate directions to camp is available here. If you use the GPS app on your phone, please confirm that it does not use Jones Rd.
