Tadmor has provided my teens with opportunity to experience God's love through genuine people and top-notch programs in a beautiful setting year after year. My campers are consistently challenged to grow as individuals and as a group in a unique and exciting way that we have not experienced anywhere else.

Campers will be housed in cabins, platform tents and yurts.
There is a non-refundable $50 deposit per camper due upon registration in order to reserve a spot.
If a camper must cancel their reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. Exceptions to this include a death in the family, sickness, or a serious injury such as a broken bone. If a camper cannot attend camp due to sickness or injury, we will refund the full amount paid when provided with a scanned copy of a doctor's note. A 48-hour notice from the start of the camp session is required to receive a refund. If a camper goes home during the week due to sickness or other circumstances, we do not have a partial refund policy as we cannot resell the bed and have already purchased food for that week.
If a church group must cancel any or all of their reservation, notification must be given to Camp Tadmor no later than 30 days before the reserved camp session begins in order to receive a refund of the balance. If cancellation is made after the 30 days, the church is responsible for the entire camp fee for all participants. Camp Tadmor is unable to issue refunds for cancellations or changes made after the 30-day mark.
