Counseling Team
MANDATORY time commitment: June 18-August 22.
Must be 19 years of age by June 27, a graduate from our S.A.L.T. Program (18 years of age), or have completed at least one year of college by June 27 (18 years of age).
Use your relational gifting to share your life with campers each week. This is an opportunity to use what God has given you to invest your life into the lives of others. The hours are long and demanding, so applicants must be thoroughly committed to ministering to others through both work and relationships. A great deal of maturity, discipline, patience, and listening skills are necessary for the success of any counselor. The passion of a counselor must be to serve others through positive influence. All full-time counseling positions include a $145.00 per week salary for the 9 weeks of service.
New this year: We have some part-time counseling positions available on a volunteer basis. Training week (June 18-25) is mandatory.

- S.W.A.T Team (Servants Working at Tadmor)
- Senior Counselor, Senior S.A.L.T, and Senior S.W.A.T
